Hybrid Career Convention: The Companies of Schwarz Group Invite to the Third future_on. for Young Professionals

For the third time in a row, Schwarz Dienstleistungen is organizing its own career fair together with the retail divisions Lidl and Kaufland: future_con. Students and graduates of all disciplines and fields of study are invited to attend the hybrid career convention on Thursday, 19 October 2023, from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m. They can connect online or join live at Stiftsberg in Neckarsulm.
Diverse Agenda, Hybrid Format
Representatives from various departments at Lidl, Kaufland, and Schwarz Dienstleistungen have a colorful agenda in store for the commercially inclined young professionals: The participants can look forward to exciting presentations on digitalization and sustainability, a networking area, information booths, helpful career tips, and many other agenda items. Starting 13 October 2023, a digital 360-degree campus will offer visitors a virtual glimpse of future_con.23 and the chance to reserve one of the limited one-on-one meeting slots either in person or online.
Win Meet&Eat Tickets
Since the number of in-person participants is limited, it is worth registering for the event quickly. In addition, ten of the registered participants will win a Meet&Eat ticket—after consenting to participate in the sweepstake. The winners can look forward to a dinner with the managers of the divisions of Schwarz Group who are participating in future_con.23 on the evening before the event. The travel costs from anywhere in Germany and for accommodations will be covered by the companies of Schwarz Group.
